Sunflower Development Center is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in a play-based, naturalistic environment. The role implements individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA, uses evidence-based teaching methods, collects data, collaborates with the BCBA, and supports children’s goals in home, school, and community settings. The position offers paid training and ongoing supervision toward RBT certification, career growth opportunities, PTO, paid holidays for full-time staff, and flexible scheduling. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with daytime, afternoon, and early evening hours.
