Description
Lighthouse is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching and reinforcing social, communication, and behavioral skills, conducting assessments and data collection, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, communicating with parents, maintaining documentation, and participating in professional development. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while previous ABA or autism-spectrum experience is preferred but not required; flexible evening and weekend availability is also requested.
