Compass ABA is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician/RBT in Elizabeth, New Jersey to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings during afternoon/evening shifts. The role focuses on building communication, play, social, and daily living skills; managing behaviors; collecting session data; and collaborating with families and BCBAs, with requirements including a high school diploma, bilingual English/Spanish communication, authorization to work in the United States, and comfort with active, play-based work.
