Compass ABA is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician/RBT in Elizabeth, New Jersey for daytime, afternoon, and evening shifts totaling 15–20 hours per week. The role provides individualized one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision in home or community settings, focusing on communication, play, social, daily living, behavior management, independence, and data collection.
