Lighthouse is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching and reinforcing social, communication, and behavioral skills, conducting assessments and data collection, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, communicating with parents, and maintaining detailed documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent; prior ABA or autism-spectrum experience is preferred but not required. The position pays $22–$25 per hour and requires availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
