Achieving True Self is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis support to children with developmental and behavioral challenges in home or community settings. The role includes implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting progress data in an electronic health records system, collaborating with families, and supporting children’s learning and development. Paid RBT training is provided within the first month of employment, and the position is initially part-time with opportunities to grow the caseload.
