Behavioral Health Works is hiring an ABA Case Supervisor to oversee and manage therapy and intervention services for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. The role includes supervising Behavior Technicians/RBTs, conducting field observations, reviewing and analyzing data, making program modifications under clinical direction, and providing parent training and education. It is a part-time role to start, with full-time benefits available, pays $25.00 to $35.00 hourly, and requires a master's degree, active pursuit of BCBA certification, and two years of ABA or related experience.
