Description
The ABA Clinical Coordinator will provide leadership, support, and clinical oversight for ABA therapy serving children with autism in a hybrid in-home and in-center setting in Antioch, California. Responsibilities include overseeing individualized treatment programs, supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians, collaborating with families, monitoring treatment fidelity, and participating in case reviews. The role requires a master’s degree or current enrollment in ABA, Psychology, or a related field, 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience, a valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and current CPR/First Aid, fingerprint clearance, and required immunizations; RBT certification and Spanish-English bilingual ability are preferred. Pay is $33–$35 per hour, with additional incentives for weekend and evening billable hours.
