Easterseals Central Illinois is hiring an ABA Clinical Supervisor in Bloomington, Illinois, to lead clinic operations, supervise BCBAs, ABA Apprentices, and BT/RBTs, manage caseloads and waitlists, and provide direct ABA evaluation, treatment, consultation, and family support. The role requires a relevant master's degree, current BCBA certification and Illinois licensure, three years of ABA implementation experience, and two years of supervisory experience preferred. It is a 40-hour-per-week exempt position with a salary of $75,000 to $85,000 annually and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
