Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time, center-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead client programming, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise Behavior Technicians and BCBA/BCaBA candidates, provide parent training, coordinate with speech and occupational therapists, and deliver direct ABA therapy when needed. The role requires a master's degree, BCBA certification, state licensing, BLS certification, on-site availability Monday through Friday, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $100,000 USD annually, with bonus eligibility and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
