Autism Care Partners is hiring a full-time Phase 1 Fieldwork Mentee to prepare for a Behavior Analyst role by implementing ABA treatment goals in one-on-one sessions with children, meeting Phase 1 fieldwork competencies, and completing supervised fieldwork. The role provides an average of 75% direct ABA treatment and 25% non-billable work, requires enrollment or matriculation toward a behavior analysis degree or a verified course sequence, RBT certification within 90 days, and includes medical, dental, vision, paid leave, disability coverage, and weekly hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends or late nights, and the pay is $22 per hour.
