Autism Care Partners is hiring a full-time Phase 1 Fieldwork Mentee to prepare for a Behavior Analyst role through supervised ABA fieldwork. The position provides 1:1 direct ABA treatment with clients, implements treatment goals with high fidelity, meets Phase 1 competency criteria, and allocates paid non-billable time. It requires enrollment in behavior analytic coursework or matriculation toward a behavior analysis degree, RBT certification within 90 days, strong computer and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with children ages 2–6. The schedule is Monday through Friday with guaranteed weekly hours, and the role pays $22 per hour with medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and other benefits.
