MetroEHS is hiring a full-time ABA Manager to lead and oversee an ABA program at its Southfield pediatric therapy clinic. The role supervises and mentors BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs; develops clinical direction, behavior intervention plans, assessments, documentation, and parent training; ensures regulatory compliance; and collaborates with multidisciplinary therapy specialists. Candidates need a master’s degree, current BACB certification, and at least three years of experience leading or supervising behavioral programs and clinical staff. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
