Description
Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis programs for children and adolescents with autism, developmental disabilities, and other delays. The role involves designing and implementing treatment plans, training and supervising Behavior Interventionists, conducting assessments, analyzing data, supporting families, and managing service schedules. It is a hybrid position with in-home and some remote work, available full-time or part-time in San Jose, Santa Clara, or Mountain View, with afternoons and evenings required. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, clearance and health clearances, reliable transportation, and U.S. work eligibility. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour, with supervision hours toward BCBA licensure and other benefits.
