Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time or full-time ABA Program Supervisor in Modesto, California, for a hybrid schedule involving in-home and clinic hours, some remote work, and afternoons and evenings. The role supervises Behavior Technicians, develops and implements individualized ABA treatment plans, conducts assessments, analyzes client data, supports families, and manages service schedules. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, U.S. work eligibility, background and physical clearances, CPR and First Aid certification, and reliable transportation.
