Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis programs for children and adolescents with autism, developmental disabilities, and other delays. The role involves designing and implementing treatment plans, delivering individual and group learning experiences, training and supervising Behavior Interventionists, conducting assessments, analyzing data, supporting families, and managing service schedules. It is a travel-based position with in-home and potentially telehealth hours, requiring afternoon and evening availability, a bachelor’s degree or higher, two years of relevant experience, and clearance and health requirements. The role pays $28–$32 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week.
