Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor in San Rafael, California, for part-time or full-time hybrid work involving in-home and some remote hours. The role supervises Behavior Technicians, develops and implements individualized ABA treatment plans, conducts assessments, analyzes client data, supports families and caregivers, and manages service schedules. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, U.S. work eligibility, background and physical clearance, CPR and First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. The position pays $28–$32 per hour and offers supervision hours toward BCBA licensure, tuition discounts, mileage reimbursement, and medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week.
