Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time or full-time ABA Program Supervisor in San Mateo for a hybrid role involving in-home and some remote work. The supervisor will design and implement ABA programs, train and supervise Behavior Interventionists, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, analyze client data, and coordinate services with families and interdisciplinary professionals. The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, background checks, CPR and First Aid certification, travel, and eligibility to work in the United States. Pay is $28–$32 per hour, with supervision hours toward BCBA licensure and other benefits.
