Accel Therapies is hiring a full-time, in-person Program Supervisor in Indian Wells, California, for a center-based ABA program. The role supervises and mentors 4–6 Behavior Technicians, supports individualized ABA treatment programs, monitors client progress, conducts assessments, leads play-based learning activities, maintains clinical documentation, and partners with families and interdisciplinary teams. Candidates should be enrolled in or have completed a master’s program in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field and be pursuing BCBA certification; two or more years of ABA experience and staff-supervision experience are preferred. The position pays $30–$34 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, BCBA supervision, and fieldwork opportunities.
