Description
KEBM is hiring a full-time ABA Program Supervisor in Indio to supervise RBTs, Lead RBTs, and Program Supervisor Trainees; run clinical pods; conduct functional behavior assessments and contribute to treatment plans; deliver direct services; and, at the Master's level, consult in adult residential and group home settings. The role requires BCaBA certification or active BCBA candidacy, a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field, and at least two years of ABA experience. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
