Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor in San Pablo to provide clinical supervision, oversee ABA program implementation, train Behavior Technicians, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, analyze data, and support clients, families, and staff. The role is part-time or full-time, hybrid with in-home and remote hours, and requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least two years of relevant experience, Spanish-speaking ability, and other specified clearances and certifications. Pay is $28–$32 per hour, with supervision hours toward BCBA licensure and other benefits.
