Description
Lighthouse is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching and reinforcing social, communication, and behavioral skills, conducting assessments and data collection, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, communicating with parents, documenting therapy sessions, and participating in professional development. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, interest in completing RBT certification, reliable transportation, and availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends; prior ABA or autism-spectrum experience is preferred.
