Autism Learning Partners is hiring an ABA Clinical Supervisor in Inglewood, California. The role supervises and evaluates client programs, provides parent education and assessments, solves clinical problems, mentors behavior technicians, coordinates visits, maintains records and progress reports, and supports staff and families. Applicants need a master’s degree in a relevant field, at least one year of clinical program management experience under a BCBA, and preferably enrollment in or progress toward BCBA certification. Compensation is $32.00–$36.00 per hour plus a potential monthly bonus, with health insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, training, and flexible scheduling.
