Autism Learning Partners is hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Paramount, California. The role supervises and evaluates client ABA programs, provides parent education and assessments, solves clinical problems, mentors behavior technicians, coordinates visits, maintains records and progress reports, and supports staff and families. It requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, at least one year of clinical program management experience under a BCBA, and preferably enrollment in or progress toward BCBA certification. Compensation is $32–$36 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for the first three August hires, billable expectations of 120–130 hours, and benefits including health insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, and professional development.
