Autism Learning Partners is hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Commerce, California, to supervise and evaluate client programs, conduct assessments, provide parent education, solve clinical problems, mentor behavior technicians, coordinate visits, maintain records, and deliver progress reports and treatment plans. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, at least one year of clinical program management experience under a BCBA, and preferably enrollment in a BCBA program or progress toward certification. Compensation is $32.00–$36.00 per hour plus productivity and bonus opportunities, with health insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, training, and flexible scheduling.
