The BCBA will oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming, supervise behavior technicians, and provide an average of 26 billable hours per week. The role requires a master’s degree in human services or a related field and current BCBA certification, and offers a salary plus productivity bonus of $90,439 to $112,932, along with health, retirement, CEU, and license-reimbursement benefits.
