CrystalCare ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy plans for autistic clients and people with developmental disabilities. The role involves one-on-one sessions in home and clinical settings, progress and behavior data collection, collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, family feedback, team meetings, ongoing training, and adherence to ethical standards. Candidates need ABA knowledge, relevant experience, communication and teamwork skills, and Registered Behavior Technician certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
