Description
CrystalCare ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist to deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role implements BCBA-designed plans, conducts one-on-one sessions in home and clinical settings, records client progress data, collaborates on treatment adjustments, supports clients and families, attends team meetings and training, and follows ethical and professional standards. RBT certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days.
