Description
Unlocking The Spectrum is hiring an ABA Therapist with RBT status to implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs for children with autism. The role provides one-on-one therapy, teaches communication, behavior, self-help, and social skills, documents progress, and supports children in center, home, school, or community settings. A bachelor's degree in ABA or a related field and prior experience with children with autism are preferred but not required; candidates must be organized, flexible, communicative, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
