CrystalCare ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role involves one-on-one therapy in home and clinical settings, data collection, collaboration with BCBAs, family communication, and participation in training and team meetings. The position requires strong ABA knowledge, communication skills, and either RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days. The role is paid hourly at $26 to $35 and offers flexible scheduling, training, and professional development.
