One Step Forward is hiring a part-time, in-home ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism. The role involves implementing BCBA-developed treatment programs, working on communication, social, play, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living goals, collecting progress data, documenting sessions, and collaborating with a supervising BCBA. The position offers weekday afternoon and early evening after-school opportunities in South Hackensack, Hackensack, and nearby Bergen County communities, with pay of $22–$32 per hour based on experience.
