Description
Centerbrite is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills, collecting data, completing session notes, and communicating progress with a BCBA. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour based on experience, with quarterly performance bonuses, health and dental coverage from day one, retirement matching, paid time off, training support, and paid drive time. Active RBT certification and fluency in Spanish are preferred, while reliable transportation is required.
