Conduct is hiring an SAP/ABAP Engineer to build AI agents and software that operate complex enterprise ERP environments. The role combines deep ABAP and SAP implementation knowledge with work across AI agents, backend and frontend development, infrastructure, customer-facing product work, and product direction. Candidates should have at least five years of hands-on ABAP and SAP development experience, familiarity with large SAP implementations and migrations, and strong production-quality engineering instincts. The position is based in London and offers visa sponsorship.
