The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level technology role responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. The position covers feasibility studies, IT planning, risk assessment, application development, design, testing, implementation, user and operational support, security recommendations, process standards, and advisory work for stakeholders. It requires substantial IT and application development experience, including Ab Initio, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix/Linux, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
