TimePartner is hiring an experienced above-ground construction project engineer or architect in Rostock and the surrounding area. The role covers planning and managing construction projects, technical consulting, construction drawings and tender documentation, coordination with site managers and clients, cost estimates and schedules, and compliance with building regulations and quality standards. Candidates should have a degree in architecture or civil engineering, at least three years of professional experience, knowledge of German building regulations, CAD proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and very good German at C1 level. The position offers a monthly salary starting from €4,300.00, flexible working hours, training, and other benefits.
