Microsoft is hiring a Solution Engineer in the AI Business Solutions – AI Workforce team to lead technical engagements for enterprise customers adopting Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, and related AI solutions. The role owns technical win strategies, demos, pilots, envisioning sessions, scalable architectures, deal hygiene, partner handoffs, and customer adoption, while collaborating with sales, customer success, engineering, and partner teams. The position can be performed up to 80% from home and offers a typical Canadian base salary of CAD 96,000–177,600 per year.
