Project Renewal is hiring a full-time Abstinence Case Manager for its In Homes Now Scatter Site Housing Program. The role manages a caseload of 28–30 clients, conducts home and office visits, performs housing inspections, provides counseling and referrals, maintains clinical documentation, and completes assessments and service plans. The position requires field work and offers a salary range of $44,000–$49,500. A bachelor's degree and at least two years of human-service experience are required; experience with homeless or substance-abuse-affected individuals is preferred.
