Description
The HVAC and Refrigeration Technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of air-conditioning, ventilation, chilled-water, and refrigeration equipment throughout a hotel. The role includes responding to guest and hotel requests, diagnosing faults, maintaining equipment records, supporting energy-saving initiatives, coordinating with other engineering teams, and participating in emergency response. Candidates need a relevant diploma, certificate, or vocational qualification and at least 2–3 years of HVAC technician experience; hotel experience is preferred, and shift, weekend, public holiday, and emergency-call-out work is required.
