Description
The HVAC Maintenance Technician conducts daily inspections and preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation units. The role diagnoses and repairs compressors, motors, thermostats, and control systems; monitors refrigerant levels and leaks; maintains temperature control in guest areas; coordinates with housekeeping and front office; maintains tools and spare parts; and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Applicants need an HVAC or refrigeration diploma or certification, at least two years of similar hotel or resort maintenance experience, knowledge of central air-conditioning and split units, and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
