Description
The Academic Advisor provides personalized, student-focused advising for APUS students at the Altus Air Force Base Education Center. The role supports academic planning, degree requirements, course selection, policy navigation, resource connection, degree changes, and student success; it also represents the university in the military community and maintains relationships with military and civilian personnel. The position is onsite Monday through Friday, with a 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday schedule, and may work remotely from an approved home workspace when the installation is inaccessible.
