Jala University is hiring a Content Developer for its Master in AI Systems Engineering program. The role involves designing module content, labs, reference implementations, evaluation harnesses, rubrics, and instructor guides, along with audit reports covering SFT, PEFT/LoRA, DPO/KTO, verifier-driven RL, domain-data preparation, preference optimization, and alignment auditing. The position requires a computer science or related master's degree, at least five years of production software experience, two years of production AI/ML experience, production SFT and preference-optimization experience, an alignment-audit track record, multi-GPU and reproducibility expertise, and professional written English.
