Navitas is hiring an Academic Director for its University Partnerships Australasia division, reporting to the General Managers of Western Sydney University Sydney City Campus and the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology. The role leads academic quality, governance, compliance, teaching and learning effectiveness, academic workforce planning, staffing, budgets, program development and accreditation, and stakeholder partnerships. It requires a relevant PhD, extensive academic unit administration and management experience, substantial teaching and learning experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
