CoreCivic is hiring an Academic Instructor to teach basic education subjects such as mathematics, science, social studies, reading, writing, and language arts in an institutional, secure setting. The role involves developing lesson plans, administering tests, providing individualized instruction, and maintaining a secure classroom environment. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree, a Tennessee teaching credential, Microsoft Office experience, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old; a teaching license and three years of classroom instruction experience are preferred.
