Description
BSBI is seeking a senior academic research leader to supervise up to 130 postgraduate STEM dissertations per academic year, mentor students on research design and scholarly writing, oversee research initiatives and projects including Erasmus+ collaborations, develop school-wide and interdisciplinary research strategies, and build partnerships with academic, industry, and international stakeholders. The role also contributes to reporting, research promotion, continuous improvement, and collaboration with the Provost and Faculty Deans. It requires a relevant STEM master's degree, strong quantitative and qualitative research expertise, data analytics and modelling knowledge, academic publications, university teaching and research experience, familiarity with educational and research platforms and regulations, and fluent English.
