Learner Education is hiring a full-time, fully remote Academic Sales Representative to consult with prospective students and families seeking tutoring services. The role focuses on inbound lead management, discovery conversations, relationship building, pricing discussions, objection handling, enrollment conversion, CRM documentation, follow-up, and meeting sales KPIs. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in admissions, recruiting, account management, or sales, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort working toward quotas; CRM experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred. The position offers a $45,000–$50,000 base salary, uncapped commissions, healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO, equity/share options, and career growth.
