Description
The Clausthal University of Technology is hiring a full-time Academic Staff Member (m/f/d) in Software Engineering for Reliable AI-Based Automated Driving with Autoware. The fixed-term position lasts up to three years and may be performed part-time; it involves researching and developing reliable automated driving systems, designing software architectures and prototypes, testing methods and software on a real test vehicle, applying modern software engineering practices, publishing results, and supporting lectures, exercises, and student mentoring. The role requires a completed master’s or Diplom degree in a relevant field, strong software engineering and programming skills, experience with AI methods and neural networks, German at least at C1 level, and a valid German Class B driver’s license.
