Description
Montana State University is hiring one Academic Advisor II, also titled Academic/Student Success Advisor, to provide advising, student services, career services, and academic success support to Gallatin College AA/AS and workforce students at the Gallatin College “East” location and the MSU Campus. The role coordinates advising initiatives, counsels students on academic plans and career goals, initiates outreach to developmental students, compiles success data, and collaborates with faculty, staff, and university resources. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently; evening work may be required. The position pays $23.00 per hour, is classified and non-exempt, and is not eligible for sponsorship.
