Description
Provides remedial reading and math support to students individually and in small groups under the supervision of a classroom teacher. The role requires school-based tutoring experience, at least 48 semester hours of college education, effective communication and relationship-building skills, assessment-data use, knowledge of student development and Common Core standards, and strong technology skills. It is a non-exempt classified hourly position reporting to the principal, with compensation listed as $18.44 per hour without benefits or $16.33 per hour with benefits; successful candidates must pass a health exam, criminal records check, and drug test.
