Description
IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Principal to lead school culture, instruction, operations, family engagement, staff development, budgeting, compliance, and special programs. The role supervises campus leadership and administrative staff, coaches instructional and operational leaders, and makes strategic hiring and promotion decisions. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of education experience are required; a master’s degree, principal certificate, and additional instructional and teaching experience are preferred. Compensation is $102,000–$121,400 plus potential performance pay, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and other benefits.
