Bosch is hiring a full-time Accelerate Development Program participant focused on corporate finance and industrial profitability. The role combines Cost Accounting Specialist and Strategic Budget Partner responsibilities, including product costing, budget variance reporting, cost-reduction initiatives, budget forecasting, and financial reporting to business-unit and plant-management audiences. Participants rotate through locations, departments, and roles for 18–24 months, receive mentorship, and transition into a permanent specialist role after 24 months. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, intermediate English, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills are required.
